Our MSP license has its own tab in your portal where you can view tenant information.

As our MSP license is billed monthly (for which we have more details about in our Monthly Notifications & Billing section), we have made the tenant information we collect available on your AMP.

You can see below that on this screen, we show the Friendly Name (the name you assign to the tenant), the Raw Device Count, and the Active Device Count. Our MSP licenses are billed based on the Active Device Count.

By default, this information updates on the 16th and the last day of the month. If you'd like to see what we are detecting right now, you can select "Refresh Tenant Information" and the most recent data will populate.
